R&D PROJECTS

Montana Knowledge Management Ltd. has always striven to look ahead throughout its over twenty eight years of operation. It is our conviction that innovation takes the world forward. Our search for our own “blue ocean” is constant, which means that taking part in research and development projects is a high priority for us. Over recent years we have implemented the following successful projects subsidised by the European Union and the state budget of the Republic of Hungary.

MonSpeech
 

MONTANA Knowledge Management Ltd. received the opportunity on 1st April 2010 to carry out an R&D project in the field of speech-text and text mining for the service center of Vodafone Hungary under the economic development operational programme GOP-2009-1.1.1 - 09/1-2009-0068. The total cost of the project was HUF 336 million, of which 65% or HUF 218.4 million was state aid and HUF 117.6 million was contributed by MONTANA.

 

Project location:  Szeged and Miskolc

 

PDuration of execution of project: 1st April 2010 till 30th June, 2012.

 

Project title: “Research into voice mining processes based on continuous speech recognition of the Hungarian language and semantic and linguistic text analysis, significantly improving the level of performance of existing models, and the integration of research results in a pilot system”

In 2009 MONTANA Knowledge Management Ltd. received a grant for its application under the GOP-2009-1.1.1 development programme entitled “Support for market-oriented research and development activities” of the total sum of HUF 148,305,178 from the Regional Development Fund of the European Union and the state budget of the Republic of Hungary, which was 55.57% of the total cost of the project (HUF 266,871,079).

In 2010 MONTANA Knowledge Management Ltd. received a grant for its application within the framework of GOP-1.3.1-11/B development programme “Complex technological innovation of companies / Support for complex technological innovation of accredited cluster companies” of the total sum of HUF 70,188,262 from the Regional Development Fund of the European Union and the state budget of the Republic of Hungary, which was 37.1363 % of the total cost of the project (HUF 189,001,897).

Project title: “Development of variable module text mining software that also satisfies individual needs and is accessible to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises  under the name ‘MonSearch’”

In 2012 MONTANA Knowledge Management Kft. received a grant for its application under the GOP-1.3.1-11/A development programme entitled “Complex technological innovation of companies / Support for complex technological innovation of accredited cluster companies” of the total sum of HUF 137,022,956 from the Regional Development Fund of the European Union and the state budget of the Republic of Hungary, which was 37.2121% of the total cost of the project (HUF 368,221,946).
